Torn Up emerges onto the scene as a new band embracing a heavy, dark and emotionally charged sound. Their debut arrives with Liar, the first single from a project that will soon expand with an upcoming EP. From this opening statement, the band shows a clear intention to blend the weight of alternative metal with post-grunge nuances, shaping an intense and straightforward identity.
The lyrics portray a relationship shaped by distrust, emotional exhaustion and an increasingly raw internal struggle. Through accusations and confessions, the narrator exposes feelings of emptiness, self-destruction, substance abuse and self-rejection. Musically, the track delivers solid production and a powerful sound while maintaining an organic feel that enhances its intensity.
