Escape the Box - Great (Metalcore)
[Dead Ends and Daydreams].

Escape the Box is a band from London looking to make an impact on the rock scene without being confined to a single genre. The band blends metalcore, electronic music, alternative rock, and dark pop according to whatever each song needs to feel honest. Everything is also written, recorded, and produced independently. Now they present Great, a track featured on their new EP D.E.A.D. [Dead Ends and Daydreams].
Backed by strong production, Great combines powerful riffs and atmospheric arrangements with visceral vocals, while making room for melodic dynamics and bright tones. As a result, the track moves with an intensity that genuinely hits hard, matching its deeply personal subject matter: facing the new responsibilities of fatherhood while still trying to figure yourself out. The lyrics confront self-sabotage and the struggle to move beyond the worst version of yourself. The song transforms uncertainty and personal growth into a powerful emotional release.
