Eguie5 is a Puerto Rican singer and songwriter redefining alternative rock in Spanish through a deeply personal perspective: that of an autistic artist. With a clean, powerful voice full of nuance, he combines musical intensity with emotionally raw lyrics. His new single, Oxígeno, takes a direct look at the inner experience of anxiety and autistic meltdown, creating a sound that speaks to listeners looking for authenticity, emotional depth, and a more human connection with rock music.
Produced by Pablo Rodríguez, Oxígeno blends modern hard rock and post-grunge through dense guitars, vibrant riffs, and a solid rhythm section that keeps the track moving with strong dynamics. The vocals add another layer, shifting between bright tones and moments of powerful delivery. Lyrically, the song uses the loss of oxygen as a metaphor for an increasingly suffocating crisis. Its organic, raw atmosphere makes it a natural fit for fans of Movements, Bad Omens, and Pearl Jam.
