Chup de Pot es una banda de Santiago de Chile que lleva la fuerza del hard rock clásico hacia terrenos de rock progresivo y metal, con letras en español y una identidad chilena muy marcada. Formada en 2008, la agrupación nació como power trío con Marc Astro en guitarras y teclados, Lucho Cifras en bajo y voz, y José Puente en batería, para posteriormente incorporar a UnderKarlos (Carlos Castro) como voz principal. Ahora presentan Ansioso, un adelanto de su segundo EP.
El tema retrata esa mente que nunca encuentra el interruptor de apagado: sobrepensar, dar vueltas sin descanso y sentir cómo la sanidad se hunde poco a poco en la oscuridad. Además, la letra dirige una mirada crítica hacia una sociedad cada vez más desconectada de la realidad, donde Instagram se convierte en una prisión y la humanidad parece diluirse día con día.
